I've had this picture in my head for the last two weeks of a tiny little hand reaching through a dark tunnel with a ray of light behind it. Somewhere at the end of this tunnel is a miracle waiting for us and being held safely in the light of Gods love. In my mind it represents the journey we're on with our adoption. I am inspired to paint this image but haven't quite had the time to dig out my art supplies and find the right canvas to get started. Well, as it happens sometimes, music has painted the picture for me in the song I've got playing third in my playlist below.
I've liked the Christian band "Third day ever since I first saw them about 10 years ago at Sonshine Music Fesitval in Willmar Minnesota. Thier songs are a little more Rock N Roll, but I love the energy, Mac Powell's voice (lead singer) and the lyrics. I hope you enjoy!

I love, love, love that song! I hope you guys are slowly healing - I think about you often! I didn't know you were a painter too! What a cool hobby. I would love to be that artistic... I can scrapbook, but that's about the extent of my artistic ability! :-)
